Refund & Early Cancellation Policy

Our coaching programs are commitment-based services. By enrolling, you are reserving coaching capacity, program resources, administrative support, and access for the term of the program selected at purchase.

Program Commitment

Enrollment represents a commitment to the full program term and program price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment through Affirm or another financing provider does not convert the program into a month-to-month service. Financing determines how the purchase is paid; it does not change the underlying program commitment.

Standard Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in the specific program description or required by applicable law, we are not required to approve cancellation of a program before completion of the agreed program term.

We may, at our discretion, approve an early termination arrangement when circumstances warrant it.

Approved Early Termination

When an early termination is approved, the account must first be brought into compliance with the agreed early-termination terms.

Unless a different arrangement is approved in writing, the early-termination settlement is calculated as 30% of the remaining unpaid program balance at the time cancellation is approved.

This amount accounts for administrative costs, program capacity reserved for the client, payment-processing costs, and other costs associated with ending the program before the agreed completion date.

Once the applicable early-termination amount has been satisfied, any eligible remaining balance may be adjusted or refunded through the original payment method.

Affirm Purchases

Affirm is a third-party financing provider. Approval, payment schedules, interest, loan servicing, credit reporting, and other loan terms are governed by the customer's agreement with Affirm.

If an approved refund or partial refund applies to a purchase financed through Affirm, we will submit the applicable adjustment through Shopify/Affirm. Affirm determines how that adjustment is applied to the customer's loan.

Any interest or financing charges already incurred by the customer are governed by Affirm's terms and may not be refundable.

Disputes

Submitting a dispute through Affirm does not automatically cancel the coaching agreement or guarantee a refund.

Affirm independently reviews disputes according to its dispute-resolution procedures. We may provide Affirm with the applicable program agreement, refund and cancellation policy, purchase records, communications, service records, and other documentation relevant to the transaction.

We do not control Affirm's loan servicing, credit reporting, or dispute decisions.

Clients seeking an early termination are encouraged to contact us directly so that any available cancellation arrangement can be reviewed before a dispute is initiated.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds and loan adjustments are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Once a refund or partial refund has been submitted to Affirm, the transaction may be irreversible and processing times are controlled by Affirm and the customer's financial institution.

Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing or financing a program, the client acknowledges the program term, total program price, refund policy, and early-cancellation terms applicable to that program.

Any exception or alternative cancellation arrangement must be confirmed by us in writing.
